These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Feliqo, the trading name used for this store by Marc Olivier Schwartz, Carrer de Ramon Llull, 555, 6A, 08930 Sant Adrià de Besòs, Barcelona, Spain, VAT/NIF ESZ0491085V (the "Merchant"). Products and availability
We sell made-to-order apparel and related goods. Product images are representative; screen settings and production processes can cause minor colour or placement differences. Availability, pricing, and delivery estimates may change before an order is accepted.
Orders and contract formation
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order when payment, stock, pricing, address, fraud, sanctions, or fulfillment checks fail. Please review your contact, size, colour, quantity, and delivery details before paying.
Prices, payment, and tax
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Feliqo does not receive full card details. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own terms or conversion charges.
Production and delivery
Products are produced after purchase and fulfilled by specialist production partners, including Prodigi. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for supplying a complete, accurate address and for charges caused by an incorrect address or refused delivery, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
Cancellations, withdrawal, and returns
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Production may begin quickly, so changes are not guaranteed. Consumers who have a statutory right to withdraw may notify us within 14 days after delivery and then return the goods within the applicable legal period. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise. Faulty or incorrect goods
Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos if it is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Feliqo names, artwork, photographs, and site content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where law permits. You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purchasing activity and must not interfere with its security or operation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Feliqo is not responsible for indirect loss or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control. For business customers, aggregate liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is used. Stripe and fulfillment partners process data needed to complete payment and delivery under their own responsibilities and contractual arrangements.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without removing mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Courts and dispute procedures are determined by applicable law. We may update these terms prospectively; the version shown when you order governs that purchase.
