Marc Olivier Schwartz, trading as Feliqo, Carrer de Ramon Llull, 555, 6A, 08930 Sant Adrià de Besòs, Barcelona, Spain, VAT/NIF ESZ0491085V, is the controller of personal data collected through this store. Privacy enquiries and rights requests can be sent to support@feliqo.com.
Data we collect
We collect information you provide at checkout or when contacting us, including name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, order details, and messages. We also process technical and security data such as IP address, device/browser information, request logs, session identifiers, and payment or fraud status. Stripe receives payment details directly; Feliqo does not receive full card numbers.
Why we use it
We process data to create and deliver orders, take payment, provide customer service, prevent fraud, secure the store, keep accounting and compliance records, resolve disputes, and improve store reliability. The legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. Marketing that legally requires consent will use consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
Who receives data
Data is shared only as needed with service providers that operate the store, payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, production, shipping, fraud prevention, and professional services. Current core recipients include Stripe for payments, Prodigi and its delivery partners for production and fulfillment, and Apteva infrastructure for store operation. Authorities or advisers may receive information where legally required or needed to establish or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Some providers or their subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful mechanism. You may request information about relevant safeguards.
Retention
Order and transaction records are retained for the periods required by Spanish tax, accounting, consumer, and anti-fraud obligations. Support correspondence and operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, security, or legal claims. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Cookies and local storage
The store uses storage necessary for essential functions such as cart and checkout state, security, and payment processing. Any non-essential analytics or advertising storage that requires consent should be activated only after consent is obtained.
Security and changes
We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
