Production and delivery

Production normally takes 2-5 business days before dispatch. Delivery timing depends on destination and the service shown at checkout. For the initial United States market, the current Standard estimate is approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather, peak periods, or address issues.

Shipping options and their exact prices are calculated at checkout from the items and delivery address. Tracking is provided when the fulfillment service makes it available. Orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Address changes and failed delivery

Check the delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately about an error; changes are not guaranteed after production starts. Additional cost caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed parcel may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment, except where law requires otherwise.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods

Inspect the parcel on arrival. Contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not return the item until instructions are provided. Where the claim is valid, Feliqo will provide the remedy required by applicable law and cover necessary return costs.

Withdrawal and change-of-mind returns

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, return the product within the legally applicable period, unused except for reasonable inspection, unworn, unwashed, and with its original packaging where reasonably possible. You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return. Original standard outbound shipping is refunded where required by law; premium delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond the standard amount.

Do not send returns to the address on the parcel without contacting us: production and return facilities differ by order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received or adequate proof of return is supplied, subject to applicable law. We may deduct diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Personalised goods

Products made to your individual specification or clearly personalised may be exempt from statutory withdrawal rights where the law allows. A standard Feliqo design printed only after purchase is not treated as personalised solely because it is made to order.

Duties and import charges

Any duties, import taxes, or carrier fees not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility unless applicable law or the checkout terms state otherwise.
